Hygienitech’s mattress cleaning system has been specially engineered and developed, with rugged reliability and build-quality in mind.

The high intensity UV-C light is housed in a strong aluminium head to ensure that it stands the test of time and can withstand any heavy duty work, without the fear of scratching, denting or cracking that may be associated with fibre glass or plastic. This also ensures that the safe integrity of the UV-C housing will never be in question. The machines also incorporate a specially made circuit board by one of the top manufacturers in the United States, specifically designed for the high intensity UV-C light it uses and it produces 8%-9% more power than is required to reach the 253.7 nm for the germicidal light to function effectively.

All the machines are CE approved and UK spec and are prepared in Hygienitech’s own factory. To ensure that they are in perfect working order, they are put through rigorous continuous testing before being shipped back to the UK. The machines are incredibly well built, easy and low cost to maintain and since Hygienitech have been trading in 1999, they have never had a machine failure. If repairs are required, servicing can be carried out quickly in the UK at Hygienitech’s approved repair centre and in the unlikely event that you will be without your machine for over 48 hours a replacement can be provided.
