What we do
Whether a family member or a beloved naughty pet has had an accident on the mattress, you need to remove the urine from the mattress and we will ensure your mattress is treated thoroughly and professionally to sanitise it, deodorise it and if there are any marks, remove any mattress stains too.
For this we use our special 5 step mattress cleaning process, which we have perfected over many years, to ensure your mattress is deoderised and sanitised as thoroughly and effectively as possible.
First, getting deep inside your mattress and deep cleaning it. Most other mattress cleaning companies won’t do this and will only clean the surface of your mattress. But this is just the tip of the iceberg. We clean the whole mattress but will concentrate heavily on the area where there is urine on the mattress. To deep clean it we use our specially designed high powered mattress cleaning machine, which creates an incredible amount of vibration to shake the contaminated dust free and then suck it out with its incredible high power, to remove the contaminted dust deep inside the mattress which could cause an odour. This process is so important as it gets much deeper inside the mattress then just cleaning the surface of the fabric and ensures as much of the urine is removed as possible and your mattress is as hygienic as possible.

Next we apply a powerful and pleasant enzyme deoderiser and sanitiser to the area where the accident happened to remove the urine odour form the mattress. This will ensure the mattress is left hygienic, the germs are killed and the urine odour is removed.
After this we apply a BS approved fabric cleaner to the whole of the mattress and extract this with a gentle rinse agent, cleaning the whole mattress and returning it to its natural PH level.
Finally, we concentrate on the worst parts of the mattress, removing urine from the mattress by repeating this process over and over again, around a dozen times on the areas where there is urine.
We carry on cleaning the mattress, removing urine stains and any other stains until it looks as good as possible, in many cases as good a new.
